What to Do If You Lost an Item

If you believe you have left a personal belonging in one of our vehicles, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Vehicle details or rental agreement number

  • Date and location of the rental

  • A clear description of the lost item

Our Process

Once reported, our team will check the vehicle and coordinate with the relevant branch. If the item is found, we will inform you promptly and arrange a suitable collection or delivery option where possible.

Important Notice

Hazal Rent a Car is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Items found will be securely stored for a limited period before being disposed of, in accordance with company policy.
